We offer free shipping within India on every item purchased through our website.

Our rugs undergo a thorough quality inspection before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged rug, please send us a video of the unboxing. If the damage is evident in the video, we will proceed with your return request and initiate a refund within 72 hours.
PleaseNOTE: opening/unboxing video is MANDATORY for refund request to get accepted.

To cancel your order, please contact us within 2 days of placing it, either by calling us on +918160688565or emailing us at support@scrit.in. Following the cancellation, your refund will be processed within 72 business hours via the original payment method.

The creation of your pet rug takes about 2-3 weeks, followed by a week for shipping. In total, your personalized pet rug will arrive at your doorstep within 4 weeks.
